This license agreement is a legal document concluded for the computer program — Courier Mail Server (hereinafter referred to as the Program) between you (either an individual or a legal entity) — the licensee and authors of the Program — the licensor.
Performing, copying, accessing or otherwise using the Program by you means your acceptance to conclusion of this agreement.
If you do not agree with the terms of the agreement or they disagree your local laws, the Licensor refuses to grant you any rights to the Program. In this case you must stop using it and destroy all copies of the Program that you have.
The Licensor guarantees that the exclusive rights to the Program are owned by it.
You are granted on conditions of a simple (nonexclusive) license right to use the Program as follows: performing, copying, accessing, use the functional possibilities.
The unregistered copy of the Program (without a registration key) allows to have at most three active (acting) users. There are also a number of other quantitative restrictions described on the official web site of the Program.
The right to use such copy is granted for free for unlimited period.
The registered copy of the Program (with a registration key) allows to have more than three active (acting) users. There are no other quantitative restrictions that are in the unregistered copy.
For the right to use such copy of the Program you should pay the fixed single remuneration; its size corresponds the number of added users and is specified when making the order.
This right is granted for unlimited period by way of the transfer to you individual registration key of the Program (hereinafter referred to as the Key).
The transfer of the granted right to third parties is prohibited.
Immediately after activation of the received Key, you must destroy all copies of the previous Key (if they exist).
If you have the right to use the registered copy of the Program of one of the previous versions 3.xx, then you may replace it by this version and use the existing Key.
It is forbidden to create copies of the Key except for the single archive copy intended only for replacement of lawfully received original in case of its loss or damage.
It is forbidden to use the same Key with several copies of the Program.
It is forbidden to use the Keys of other users, as well as the Keys, received not from Licensor or its authorized representatives.
You must not allow by your actions or inaction of using Key by third parties.
It is forbidden to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, emulate and modify the Program and the Key except for the cases when applicable law expressly permits it.
It is forbidden to include the Program or its separate components to other software products without written permission of the Licensor.
It is forbidden to distribute the Program or transmit it to temporary use for profit in any form.
It is allowed to freely distribute unregistered copies of the Program with non-commercial purposes and in original form.
This agreement is concluded for unlimited period.
Action of granted right is restricted to territory of the country you reside in.
If you violated terms of this agreement, you immediately lose all granted rights and have responsibility provided applicable law.
The Program is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties.
No explicit or implicit guarantees are provided in that the Program is error free and will meet your requirements. The Licensor will not be liable for loss of the profits or data, or for any other damage caused by using or impossibility to use the Program.
All rights not explicitly granted by this agreement are considered as not granted and are reserved by the Licensor.
This agreement applies only to this version of the Program.
