Здравствуйте! У меня такая проблема: есть внутренняя почта и внешняя. Надо отправлять письма так, чтобы в поле От кого: для внутренней почты стояло скажем "Секретарь", а для внешней почты ставилось: ООО "Рога и копыта"

Средствами CMS этого сделать не получится. CMS может только подменять e-mail отправителя письма при отправке внешней почты, но не имя.
