Существует 10 внешних ящиков на yandex, и пользователи привыкли посылать друг другу письма на адреса ляля@yandex.ru и хочеться после установки cms они отправляли на те же адреса, но в этом случае они идут через интернет, а не через cms- внутреннюю сеть.

можно в CMS создать домен yande.ru и в нём пользователя ляля
или настроить сортировку
