Здравствуйте.
Подскажите пожалуйста, есть ли возможность перенести часть почтовых ящиков из одной группы в другую?

Это возможно, но только путём редактирования файла конфигурации server.cfg.

Группы внешних почтовых ящиков начинаются со строки:
<table name="RemoteMailGroups">
Идентификатор группы хранится в строке:
<col name="ID">1</col>

Внешние почтовые ящики начинаются со строки:
<table name="RemoteMailboxes">
Идентификатор группы, в которую входит ящик, хранится в строке:
<col name="MailGroup">1</col>
Для перемещения ящика в другую группу замените у него идентификатор группы.

После изменения файла конфигурации перезапустите CMS.
